Why are trades executed OTC?

@Ashige Our execution intermediary will route trades OTC (over-the-counter) if conditions are better compared to trading venues like LSE or NASDAQ - TOTV (traded on a trading venue).

@fauxylar Nope, we don’t take payment for order flow, I don’t think that’s even legal here.
