Ability to change own Pies in ISA and Invest account

If you mean moving the investments from your Pie in Invest account to an ISA Pie, that’s not possible. What you can do is copy the Pie, here’s how

You can copy the Pie from your Invest account to your ISA or vice versa, as long as it’s public. To do so, open your Pie and click the “Save” icon.

Then open your second account → Pie Library → Pies → Saved, and there you’ll find a copy of the Pie.

Just to let you know, some stocks may not be eligible to be held in an ISA account if they don’t cover the criteria.
