Is there any chance HERG can be made fractional? Looking to leave ESPO for HERG in a pie but can’t at the moment
That statement was made a long time ago, it would be good to have confirmation
I’m looking for alternatives to ECAR and ESPO. Need them in ££ instead of $$ starting in April. Any suggestions?
in response to your original question, we got direct feedback that the ETF currency requests will be looked at. I also brought up @RLX’s topics to attention for additional consideration. as for the goal of all stocks, it’s been made on multiple occasions as far back as the end of 2019 and the most recent confirmation was not actually all that long ago (though it may feel that way for those who are checking back daily).

@Robinws You could use a google search to see if alternative currencies are offered, and check they are on the request list?
There are no GBP versions of these funds and no other ETF tracker of STOXX Global Electric Vehicles & Driving Technology NET Index.
If it is the new 0.15% fx fee at purchase that worries you, remember that with ECAR you are paying iShares a 0.40% fee each and every year, and 15% on US dividends (arising from Ford, GM, etc), and possibly UK taxes on dividends if held outside an ISA. [Although this is an accumulating fund there are still UK taxable dividends (which have been reinvested internally) to figure.] In the total scheme of things you will not really notice the 0.15% fx if you are intending this as a buy and hold investment. The GBP/USD rate itself has been varying unpredictably by more than 0.15% on a daily basis.
Have a look at HERG, slightly different holdings from ESPO but same type of stocks. Just waiting for it to be fractional now

I second the request for ‘INTL’ as the £ version of WTAI (and fractional, please). I’d also request CYBP as the £ version of the Rize CYBR ETF (again, fractional would make life a lot easier!). Also, as mentioned above, ESGB as the ESPO equivalent.
