Anyone else unable to get on the website or the app? Tried two devices and just get “unable to connect to server” on the app. On the website it just won’t be even load the homepage.
All works fine on our end - just confirmed with our admins too. Do you mind sending me a DM with your IP so that we can traceroute further?
Thanks Tony. Sorted now. Re-started phone and re-installed app and works ok now.
