  • Fundamental Global, Inc. (FGF) has completed a 1-for-25 share consolidation.
  • First Advantage Corporation (FA) acquired Sterling Check, Corp. in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at USD 16.73 per share.
  • Beijing Energy International Holding Co Ltd (2902) has completed a 1-for-10 share consolidation.
  • I3 Energy PLC (I3E) has been acquired - awaiting further details.
  • Griid Infrastructure, Inc. (GRDI) has been acquired - awaiting further details.
  • Sterling Check, Corp. (STER) has been acquired - awaiting further details.
  • Lockheed Martin, Corp. (LMT) acquired Terran Orbital, Corp. in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at USD 0.25 per share.
