How to add other posts to your post

I have been meaning to ask this for some time.

I have seen other posts that contain other people’s comment within them.

I just want to know how you do that? I am sure I was hoping if someone can advise/show me.

If you want to have a specific person’s post show up you can click the ‘link’ icon (looks a bit like two chain links) or click the ‘time posted’ in the top right of the post and it will look like below
