This is actually not a new fund, but a continuation of LU2089238203 since its domicile has been moved from Luxembourg to Ireland.
So there already is some history to this fund. :slightly_smiling_face:

And same goes for the distribution version of this fund - IE000QIF5N15 - which is preceded by LU1931974692.

Amundi has a reputation for liquidating, merging and reshaping funds, on the back of their many mergers and acquisitions. Often with little notice, or with easy to miss comms (we all have a life). Lyxor is the latest, Allianz could be next.

Would you trust them with a sizable chunk of your wealth?
Would you trust them if you stop checking the portfolio daily and do it weekly or monthly?

My answer is no, I wouldn’t.

Yeah I’m surprised they don’t utilise TRE more if essentially it’s the same product, but you know if it’s not on the platform, you can’t buy into it here :upside_down_face:

It’s a cross between HMWO and VWRP as far as I can see which currently I’ll stick to. FWRG is also an option. They all have last I checked 0.13%, 0.22% and 0.15% OCFs.

I’ve always been wary of Amundi/ Lyxor ETFs. Some can have tax implications for UK investors, so I avoid them all.

What’s happening with PRIW is a good example of why I swerve them. The ETF it’s being absorbed into isn’t yet Isa-eligible due to post-Brexit changes to passporting systems etc.
