In Stock History - Add the currency rate based on account default

Here me out…

When buying US stocks, obviously we like to keep a record for profit loss aswell as for HMRC but its done based on GBP not USD, so I have to convert the cost from USD to GBP for my records. Not knowing what the current T212 currency rate is at the time of buying the shares, I just use the rate at the end of the day.

I know when buying US stocks with USD there is no need to display the current exchange rate as there is none, so that make sence that it dont.

What I suggest is a under the total in the history of the buying or selling of shares, show what the total cost and/or currency rate is in the default account currency.
Being in the UK thats GBP. So in my case it would be:

Total $4779.20
(£3586.79 GBP)
Rate 24/07/2026 @ 0.7505 USD/GBP.

Makes it easy for me to see £3586.79 divide by 100 shares so thats £35.8679 a share for my records.
