What is the difference buying stocks in the cfd category and buying stocks in the invest 212 category? is there any difference ???
I think this question was already raised few times on different topics…
If you buy on investing, you buy a share in company.
If you buy/sell on CFD, it is more similar to sport betting, where you bet price will go either up or down…

Furthermore, there are differences in spread (the difference between buy and ask prices). CFD spread is much greater; this is how Trading 212 earns profit.
With CFD there is also the possibility of leverage (where you can buy more shares with less money and take on greater risk), but this comes as the price of greater spread and overnight interest.
