I’m assuming if i withdraw 50k from my t212 isa to my bank HMRC would need to be informed?
Or is that still classed as tax free due to it being in the isa wrapper?

It would be tax free. What you cant do is then add that money back into this ISA because it isnt flexible.
You don’t even need to tell them.
if you get shares transferred into the 212 invest account can you move them into the isa account and also will this then trigger a new isa for 2025. thanks
You can’t do this. So the question is moot.

This the ISA rules yes.
