ITM Power Annual Earnings Fall, Plans GBP150ā€¦ | Morningstar

Creating this thread to stay on top of updates, and keep discussions open with T212 guys

So from what I can gather, they are raising Ā£157m worth of funds, in 3 different ways

30m at 235p to Snam (new investors) in a firm placing

120m at 235p in a conditional placing to certain institutions

7m at 235p in an open offer, which I guess is to the common shareholder?

If that is wrong or misguided, then please correct me.

Hopefully more details from all parties to follow, as time goes on.

Record date for entitlement: 5pm on October 21st

Admission of new ordinary shares to trading on AIM: 8am on 12 November
