So from what I can gather, they are raising £157m worth of funds, in 3 different ways
30m at 235p to Snam (new investors) in a firm placing
120m at 235p in a conditional placing to certain institutions
7m at 235p in an open offer, which I guess is to the common shareholder?
If that is wrong or misguided, then please correct me.
Hopefully more details from all parties to follow, as time goes on.
