Joint accounts - spouses

Hi there, is it possible to change an account held in my name to a joint account held in both mine and my wife’s name? My understanding is this would allow us to make use of both of our CGT allowances.

Or have the ability to simply gift shares between the accounts.

Select the instrument, gift, how much, and then enter the email of the account you are sending to etc
