As I remember at first they added all kinds of tickers from the OTC.
But because of the strict regulation and all the issues caused by the illiquid stocks the decision was made to only add Penny Stock Exempt ones.
T212 Team can correct me if Iā€™m wrong.

As far as Iā€™m concerned, for now, Iā€™m not touching the OTC stocks, especially the speculative ones.
I only have Nintendo and Tencent in my ARKK pie.
