Hey @Tabbyh7 - if those are acquisition companies, I’m guessing it will be a while as they typically don’t meet 212’s addition criteria at the point of IPO. Don’t know for sure but my guess would be liquidity issues.
Hi Joey, its an investment fund started by Robinhood, i think they have late stage ipo companies listed in there which helps retail get a piece of them before they actually ipo.
Ah I see. In that case, if its US-based I don’t think it can be added. I certainly haven’t seen any US trusts or funds get the nod while I’ve been doing these IPO posts, hence why I no longer include them.

Are there any of those companies in particular you’re looking for exposure of? I know Databricks, Revolut and Stripe can be found in some UK Trusts for example.
Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust (INOV), Schiehallion Fund (MNTN) and Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust (SMT) all have holdings in Revolut. As a percentage of their assets, INOV is the largest investor with 14% or so of their NAV Revolut.
