NASDAQ:DFHT (Deerfield Healthcare Technology Acquisitions) - common shares now available
NASDAQ:PSAC (Property Solutions Acquisition) - common shares now available
NASDAQ:MLAC (Malacca Straits Acquisition Corp) - common shares now available
NYSE:GOAC (GO Acquisition Corp) - common shares now available

Would you mind adding to all platforms, including CFD , as soon as you can please?

For the uninitiated among us and given that Palantir and Asana are both going the direct listing route, what are the practical differences from an IPO? For example, can they expected to ‘go live’ with market opening or will it be 4-5pm as with IPOs?

No idea I’m afraid. This is the first Direct Listing I will have experienced so will be learning with everyone else. :slight_smile:

However I did foresee this line of enquiry almost two months ago, so posted this; :wink:
