There’s loads of “acquisition corps” in the list, @Joey_Fantana do you know if these are new SPACs or SPACs that are separating their unit into warrants and stocks?
I’m not interested in investing in them, I’m just surprised by the number of them!
I thought SPACs weren’t coming onto the market/IPO-ing any more.
Hey there @EquityInvestor . I didn’t think SPACs could float as shares immediately. My understanding was they always start as a unit and after 60 (?) days (can’t remember full timeframe off top of my head) they then split.
So I presume the above have all split their units. Most, if not all, have been listed alongside their warrants on the IPO sources I use for these posts, which reinforces that.

I find it surprising to see that loads of SPACs are still listing! (Even if it was 60 days ago)
Symptom of a bull market by the looks of it. A lot expecting a tech boom with Trump’s administration would be my guess. Looks just like 2020 when every SPAC was trying to merge with EV, space ex, or green food/energy companies.
