Yes gains I need big gains
Its still relevant as the tax goes towards what we are debating
Anyway it is good to have differing opinions , I have just seen so much abuse first hand it makes my blood boil.
Why do you think the UK has gone so backward we are full of bittys. Why if your on UC canāt you work the council?
How can they allow people that donāt want to work to work for them? It would be an injury claims disaster
This is what I mean. If you want money work for the councilā¦unless your on incapacity why canāt youā¦if you donāt want to starve I donāt care youāre lazy and deserve it.
As in why do we need to hire binmen? Surely plenty on UC can fulfill the role?
Thats the systems fault but then when has there not been one?
They donāt want to work? Connect with the children and change theyāre perception your wasting your time with the parents that have spent their lives on benefits
Binmen are well payed to be fair theres a lot worse jobs out there than that

I think right now people on uc is the least of our worries

Unfortunately we have no choice but to help fund theyāre expansion or risk not gaining as much and Iām talking about stocks aswell of course.
I hope Canzuk works out. That would be amazing. The potential is hugeā¦these countries are still largely untapped with big growth potential.

I am not a ālets go all privateā all āpublic healthcare is communismā type of guy. It is so sad that people compare NHS to US in news, articles, and all over the internet.
Why not compare it to Germany? same % contribution from working people (about similar population) a lot less weight in the budget, still has twice the number of doctors (2.8 vs 4.19 doctors per 1000 person) and basically worse in all metrics, and in no metric a top 15 in OECD countries.
1st in number of employees tho, 5th in overall number of employees across all companies

2 - Chinese army
3- walmart
4- mcdonals
5- nhs
If I have to write all my bad experiences in critical health situations Iāll need 5 more pages. I was lucky enough to have the money to get some tests and scans in private and this is despite paying Ā£800+ every month to NHS. If you ever coincidentally walk past Newham Uni hospital, go to Urology department and ask how many docs are working, the answer will be 1 and count the receptionist staff there, youāll see at least 10.
It is an utter money sink and it is just plain sad that some people still calls it our National Pride, unfortunately it is a taboo and political suicide for any politician to mention these, so we are stuck with itā¦

Private uses the NHS as private doctors are also NHS doctors.
Its weird the limits on doctor training spaces in the UK for UK nationals

Yep, the private medical services literally canāt exist without the NHS doctors. The staff are largely bought in from the NHS and very few private hospitals have much in the way of specialist or emergency facilities so they have to rely on the NHS for those facilities should they be necessary.
NHS does need restructuring ditch trusts, either buy out or outlaw the grotesque pfi schemes bleeding it dry.
Make it one large national organisation, centralised buying power etc. Let it act commercial to the outside world.
Stop poor areas getting poorer through being defunded for missing targets because they didnāt have the money to meet them in the first place.
It should be ran as a business, but where the metric of successes is patient outcomes.
As we have it now with targets for xyz it just leads to silly manipulations and dodgy outcomes.
Never going to happen though a behemoth like that canāt change in a 4 year government. Its governance would be to be split of from the elected officials and given its own agency with a much much longer term 12+ years

Force people on UC to be bin men and it would be a bout a week before the headline ābin lorry sideswipe entire street of cars before driving through the front doors of the local council officesā
