For now, we’ll only be able to access penny stocks with a significant float and volume. Exchanges, market makers and liquidity providers are generally very unhappy with sudden, extreme volumes in illiquid stocks. The same is true with regulators who’re monitoring these cases more actively.

For a benchmark, Kraken was the last OTC stock to fit the bill.
