Some brokers currently offer the opportunity to invest in private equity funds, for example, BlackRock’s fund.Couldn’t Trading 212 offer such a fund in collaboration with BlackRock or another player, but with a lower initial investment? (At Scalable Capital, for example, it is only available with a high Deposit )
Private Equity funds offer in Europe to retail investors (ELTIF format):
Asset Management Firms → Broker
- Apollo → Trade Republic
- EQT → Trade Republic
- BlackRock → Scalable Capital

Investment trusts may be another option if your goal is to add private equity exposure.
Below are links to the PE/growth capital ones, a fair few will available be on 212.
Other broader trusts like FCIT, FCSS, SMT etc offer some PE too, usually between 10% and 30%.
Thanks @topher, that is an interesting point. I completely agree that Investment Trusts are an intersting route here.
It would be a massive value-add if Trading 212 could introduce a dedicated ‘Private Equity’ or ‘Investment Trusts’ theme in the search menu. Having these existing products automatically grouped together under one specific category would allow investors to easily discover and add PE exposure to their portfolios with a single click."
