Would be nice if T212 added financial information for REITS like:
- Net operating income (NOI)
- Funds from operations (FFO)
- Adjusted funds from operations (AFFO)
- Net Asset Value (NAV)
Seems weird that these haven’t been added to REIt stocks since they’re a vital part of understanding a REIT.
