Share right issue within ISA

I’ve just been informed about the share right issue of TUI. I want to participate in this but my TUI shares are held within an ISA and im being asked to add additional funds to purchase the share rights. If I’ve already used my full ISA allowance, am I allowed to add funds to take advantage of this share offer???

If not and the rights are sold, where do the funds get allocated to???

if you have used up your ISA allowance, you will have to sell shares to free up the funds needed to use your rights.

sold rights funds will be put in your Invest account instead.
