Snowflake Initial Public Offering

Is there a reason why you/T212 are not prepared to share the time for customers to purchase new IPO’s before they are released to retail clients?

Baring in mind this window of opportunity provided by T212 appears to be very small (minutes), and a feature to benefit us customers? this information is vital to know, especially as this feature is still in use.

I have one screenshot (or two combined), which shows how the CFD price had stalled and suspended, whilst the stock price continued to be updated on the investing platform (despite the fact it wasn’t for sale to the public at this time). So I literally sat there helpless whilst I watched the updates on the investment page.

strongly suggest screen shooting this thread and all others related to SNOW, and think you should send @Finki a message he may be able to assist with some rights/wrongs relating to brokers.

The staff are just replying with what they have been told to say, i find it hard they believe this BS response, and state its a feature which they can’t share the information about the feature to allow people to buy new IPO’s before retail traders, and at a price it never was available at.

T212 have to answer here. A CFD is their agreement with you. It’s not as if they have purchased the stock on your behalf.
If they’ve stalled the price in the middle of a contract, then this sounds very, very unsettling.
Dare I say it, it sounds like a bit of skullduggery going on.
They chose to suspend cfd while people are in the contract. Very very very wrong.
