The German one is not on Xetra, but just on the Börse Frankfurt Exchange. I’m not sure how much of a difference that will make.

The IBKR has these listings:

No LSE, but it appears to be on Xetra, but maybe it could refer to the electronic trading system, as the IBKR code for Xetra stock exchange is “Xetra (IBIS)”, and this stock has listings in the secondary listing platforms of FWB2 and SWB2 [Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB) and Stuttgart Stock Exchange (SWB)].

0QYR is not available on IBKR and MAT1 is listed on an exchange to which we do not have access as of yet.

Аs always, we will inform you if something changes in the future.

Not sure if it fits the bill but just to point out that the OTC version, PCRFY, is on the non-Isa platform.
