Yes, that’s the one. I don’t know, how can I check?
For example, on the monthly statement email top left:
The T212 UK doesn’t have crypto ETPs due to FCA legislation.
Ok, then I am with the Cyprus entity.
To be more precise it worked buying a limited quantity (order partially executed) and then I started getting the message that it’s not possible to buy but only to sell.
It could be a technical bug due legal restrictions on UK (platform) due to crypto ETPs.
Maybe someone of the T212’s team, could help you on Monday.
