Where to check the List of Penny Stocks Exemption ?

Quite often there is a request to add the penny stock to Trading 212 but in many cases it could not be added due to not on the List of Penny Stocks Exemption.
If we could check it before posting it on Trading212 it will save everyone time, the poster, other members, Trading212.

Where to get that list please? thanks

I don’t know if there is a list, maybe the Team, @Team212, can advise.

However in order for a Penny Stock to be exempt it has to meet any of these criteria, outlined by @Rygel:

To qualify as “Penny Stock Exempt” on the OTC Markets, an issuer must satisfy one of the following requirements: (i) the issuer’s securities have a minimum price greater than $5 per share; (ii) the issuer has average revenues of at least $6 million for the last three (3) years; or (iii) the issuer has net tangible assets exceeding $2 million, if the issuer has been in continuous operations for at least three (3) years or $5 million if less than three (3) years.

As long as it meets one of the criteria, it is exempt.
