Yes. Not ALL Overseas markets are blanket banned. Some are some arenā€™t. ISA eligibility is complex and should almost be considered at stock level , not market level.

So. Short answer yes.

It is a pitty that you continue to not include certain European markets as the Portuguese and Spanish. I guess I will have to continue to use other platforms that offer these markets

I want Polish market and Iā€™m waiting patiently. But you have to understand more liquid markets with more requests have priority.
