Looks like 212 is getting bashed on stocktwats. As they are going to sell our TRCH shareholders rather than do the right thing…

Well your shares, rather than merge with Mata.
Well your holding company shares. When the holding company at the end of the this year. Will be able to tell how much each share holder will get in a special div…

Not good 212 not good at all…

Please post some of it on here as could do with a laugh. What is the actual issue. Have 212 reduced their service offering or something that I’ve missed?

They are due to laziness. Costing clients who own TRCH £1000s as they won’t allow the merger into Meta happen… also the trch shareholders get issued a new stock to allow the trch oil assest to be sold and given in a special div. No later than the end of the year. Nowebr 212 wants to sell these new shares before the div is given. Yet IBKR has said no problem we will sort it 212 is we don’t know dates yet. Well ex div date is the 22nd June lol.

Bearing with them… Much time do they need…

The point your misisng is IBKR has said to ALL there TRCH holders. " yep don’t worry you won’t lose anything, you will get your div and new shares I to Meta…

212s response is… " we don’t know if you get the div, may just get cash value… ( the issue is the shares you get as the div will increase in value as they are shares in a holding company that’s has untill end of 2021 to see all assest. Wind it’s self down then hand out all cash to investors ( this is your special div.) So you being sold out at $1 a share in 6 months due to more assest sold cpuld be $20 when the company is wound down)

Also they are to big to facilitate this meger and special div.

The best one is " it would mean we have to change the coding on our operating systems to allow this.) E.g. to mich hassel.

So please tell me woth this been talked aboutbnoe for 10 months how mich more time do they need with 2 days left ??
