Problem: currently the numbers on the first page are too small - requiring lots of zooming in and panning left, right, up, down, to read the figures.

For the first page could you make the numbers bigger (by at least 2 to 4 points) & increase their kerning?

E.g. click the PDF attachment in Gmail
Click ‘Fit to Width’
Even in full-screen & without further incremental adjustments - the figures are too small.
