Bank Transfer Amount Missing

Hi,

I transferred £50 from my bank account, but I missed out on giving the reference code. How do I go about getting that amount back? I tried initiating a chat, but it’s been more than an hour and nobody has responded on chat.

@kapoorparth18 We found the sum (tracking them by your name), and it is already allocated in your account balance. :moneybag:
