Any details as to what is happening to funds held with Trade212 in BBGI Global Infrastructure, Epic BBGI
It appears this was taken over at 147.5p and has since delisted - as yet no funds as per my existing holding has been settled and trade212 has the holding locked with the information listed as
" this instrument has been acquired and trading is no longer available"
All other brokers I hold this stock with have settled funds weeks ago - and it was stated in the terms that monies due from delisting date 19.06.25 would be paid within two weeks of the corporate date.
Currenly, we do not support tender offers. BBGI Global Infrastructure SA has transitioned into a private company, and shareholders now hold shares in the private entity. We’ve already reached out to the company to ask whether they have a buyback program in place.

Surely the offer at 147.5p went unconditional as they had over 90 % acceptance. So the companies shares were acquired at the offer price and should be settled accordingly. As a holder it is not acceptable that this holding has just been removed and the monies lost.
