Can a spread be this big!? 19p spread

One of my FTSE stocks (CMCX) has a huge spread this morning - SELL 335, BUY354. Surely this is it not normal?

I’ve been trading this stock a while and never ever seen it this wide.

@akorn77 It’s normal within the first few seconds/minutes of the session.
