Is there some way I can select two points on a graph and have T212 tell me what the % price change was between those two points or between a single point and the current price?

Yes, this can be done using our advanced charts. If you’re using the web app, you can simply hold shift and left-click at your starting point, then drag your mouse to the end point and left-click again.
This can also be done by clicking on the ‘Measure’ icon in the toolbar on the left side of the chart. Here’s a screenshot showing where exactly you can find the tool:
