I canāt give you info about what folks do with money intended for paying tax but the withdrawal process has been smooth in my experience. My partner was able to withdraw money instantly from her cash ISA to her bank account.
Cash was transferred to her ISA initially via bank transfer (truelayer) so not sure if that might had an impact on the speed.
