CBBT has been limited to selling shares only

Yeah, cool and all, but where was the announcement for this? They have to be called out in order to say something

You’ll find this within the app under the stock.

The link in the app to learn more doesn’t load for me for some reason

Tried to sell it and nothing happens… well nice way to find out via twitter you lost £250… GG WP.

What if I decide to keep CBBT stock? Can T212 force me to sell it?

T212 didnt make the decision to remove PSE LOL. perhaps trade larger cap stocks instead next time?

The simple solution is for T212 to stop offering OTC stocks. They are more trouble than they are worth.

The securities were under revision because they are no longer penny stock exempt.

Now that this status has been removed, unfortunately, we cannot provide trading with them.

How does this affect people with shares?

Also why isn’t it penny stock exempt now? I am confused about that as nothing changed?

"SEC under Rule 240.3a51-1 because it meets one of the following tests:

  1. A price of over $5 per share,
  2. the issuer has Average Revenue of at least $6 million for the last 3 years,
    or
  3. the issuer has Net Tangible Assets in excess of $2 million if the issuer has been in continuous operations for at least 3 years or $5 million if less than 3 years."

My honest answer is I don’t know. Hopefully @B.E @David or someone else from @Team212 can chime in. I don’t think you’ll be forced to sell, moreso it just won’t be available to buy until it maybe regains it’s PSE status.

T212 could have provided some form of advance notice to state these securities were under revision! Utter joke

To be honest, you can’t even sell it… been trying for 15min to do so and nothing happens :frowning:

They could have but it is also your responsibility to know exactly what is going on with your investments. You shouldn’t rely on an execution only broker to keep you updated.

This is why I have chosen not to trade OTC stocks. They aren’t worth the hassle when things like this happen.

Probably more people than usual trying to sell, so gonna be waiting longer for a buyer than usual

that doesnt justify this!!! people who trade otc will have to constantly look if pse status is removed?? wtf?!? if soo why bother adding stocks

Where did you announce this? It took you guys 1h after the market opened and for people to start complaining, for you to say something.

How would I or anyone possibly know they would stop these securities unless I have a crystal ball!

@isistyle This isn’t a decision we impose just because we want to, this is a regulatory requirement.
