CFD positions at delisting

Can anyone please clarify what happens to a long CFD positions in a stock that is delisted.

Had a position and trading was halted, so could not close it . Now the stock is delisted and value is 0.

I would expect that the postion would be closed at last traded price and not 0 ?

Please advise

I am sure someone more knowledgeable than me will answer, but I believe that it will be closed out at the final price for the stock. If, for example, it was a takeover and the company was bought out I would expect it to close at the takeover price. If the company went bust then it will close out at zero (assuming there isn’t seem residual shareholder value). What I am unsure are the timescales.
