  • ANV Group Holdings Ltd acquired Open Lending (LPRO) in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at $3.15 per share.
  • Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group, Inc. (SUTNY) has completed a 1.6-for-1 stock split.
  • SCWorx Corp. (WORXD) has completed a 1-for-12 reverse stock split.
  • Aethlon Medical, Inc. (AEMD) has completed a 1-for-5 reverse stock split.
  • Cogna Educacao acquired Vasta Platform (VSTA) in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at $5 per share.
  • IonQ, Inc. (IONQ) acquired SkyWater Technology (SKYT). As per the terms of the deal, shareholders are entitled to receive 4,883 IONQ shares for every 10,000 SKYT shares held. SkyWater Technology positions will be closed.

  • Resideo Technologies, Inc. (REZI) has completed its spin-off of ADI Global Distribution, Inc. (ADIG) with a ratio of 0.5 ADIG shares for every 1 REZI share held at market close on 03.08.2026.
  • Trafalgar Property Group PLC (TRAF) changed its name to Trafalgar Minerals PLC.
  • Enterprise Group, Inc. (ETOLF) changed its name to Evolution PowerX Corp.
