  • Troika Media Group, Inc. (TRKA) has completed its 1-for-25 reverse stock split.
  • Circle Property PLC (CRC) was delisted - awaiting further details.
  • iShares MSCI Frontier and Select EM ETF changed its name to iShares Frontier and Select EM (FM).
  • Momentive Global, Inc. (MNTV) was acquired - awaiting further details.
  • Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. was reorganized to Sinclair, Inc (SBGI).
  • Greencity Acquisition Corp. moved to OTC and changed its ticker to GRCYF.
  • Broadmark Realty Capital, Inc. (BRMK) has been acquired by Ready Capital Corp. Based on the ratio of 0.47233 Ready Capital Corp. per every 1 Broadmark Realty Capital, Inc. share/s held, previous investors, are due to a distribution of Ready Capital Corp.
  • Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. (SRNEQ) has completed its spin-off, resulting in the distribution of Scilex Holding Co shares with the ratio of 0.1410127 Scilex Holding Co per every 1 Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. share/s.

  • Forward Pharma A/S (FWPAD) has successfully completed its 1-for-285.714 reverse stock split.
  • OceanPal, Inc. (OP) has successfully completed its 1-for-20 reverse stock split.
  • Almirall SA (ALM) - stock dividend, with a ratio of 1 share for every 48 shares held, successfully distributed.
  • Mediclinic International PLC (MDC) has been acquired by a consortium led by Remgro Ltd in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at GBP 5.01 per share.
  • Electricite de France SA (EDF) has been acquired - awaiting further details.
  • DVS Technology AG (DIS) has been delisted - awaiting further details.
  • Global Cord Blood Corp (CO) has been moved to the OTC Markets. The instrument also underwent a ticker change to CORBF.

  • Heska Corp. (HSKA) has been acquired by Mars, Inc. in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at USD 120 per share.
  • Credit Suisse Group AG (CS) has been acquired by UBS Group AG. As per the terms of the deal, shareholders are entitled to receive 1 share in UBS Group AG for every 22.48 shares held in Credit Suisse Group AG. Credit Suisse Group AG positions will be closed at CHF 0 per share.
    • CFD positions with Credit Suisse Group AG will be closed at the last available price.
  • Orphazyme A/S (ORPHA) has been delisted. Positions will be closed at USD 0.141134 per share.
  • Jackson Acquisition Co (RJAC) has been delisted. Positions will be closed at USD 10.42 per share.
