  • Goodrich Petroleum Corp (GDP) has been acquired by EnCap Investments LP.
  • Dividends for Telefonica S.A. - ADR (TEF) have been distributed.
  • Zix Corporation (ZIXI) has been acquired.

Hi, everyone!

The following events were executed today (31.12.2021) :

  • Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has been acquired.
  • Vector Group Ltd (VGR) has completed its spin-off, resulting in the distribution of Douglas Elliman, Inc. (DOUG) shares with the ratio of 0.5 Douglas Elliman, Inc. (DOUG) per every 1 Vector Group Ltd (VGR) share.
  • Devoteam SA (DV6) has been acquired.
  • Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. - A (ATHN) changed its name and ticker to Heliogen, Inc.(HLGN).
