  • ION Acquisition Corp. 2 Ltd changed its name to Innovid Corp. (CTV).
  • Brooks Automation, Inc. changed its name to Azenta, Inc. (AZTA).
  • Harte Hanks, Inc. (HHS) got uplisted from OTC to NASDAQ GM.
  • Silence Therapeutics PLC (SLN) traded on LSE AIM got delisted.
  • Commerce Bancshares, Inc. (CBSH) had a 1.05-for-1 stock split.

  • CNH Industrial NV (CNHI) acquired Raven Industries, Inc (RAVN).
  • Paper Excellence Canada Holdings Corp acquired Domtar Corp (UFS).
  • Altimeter Growth (AGC) changed its name & ticker to Grab Holdings Ltd ( Grab) (SPAC merger).
  • Aldel Financial, Inc. - Class A (ADF) changed its name to Hagerty, Inc. (HGTY).
  • DSP Group, Inc. (DSPG) has been acquired. Further information is to be disclosed.

  • Mail. Ru Group Ltd (MLRYY) changed its name to VK Co Ltd.
  • Foresight Acquisition Corp (FORE) changed its name and ticker to P3 Health Partners, Inc. (PII).
  • New Jersey Mining Co (NJMC) had a 1-for-14 share consolidation. Additionally, the company changed its name and ticker to Idaho Strategic Resources (NJMCD).
  • 890 5th Avenue Partners (ENFA) changed its name and ticker to BuzzFeed Inc (BZFD).
  • Thimble Point Acquisition (THMA) changed its name and ticker to Pear Therapeutics, Inc. (PEAR).
  • Community Bankers Trust Corp (ESXB) has been acquired. Further information is yet to be disclosed.
  • Country Bancorp, Inc. (CBK) has been acquired. Further information is yet to be disclosed.

Below, are all of the corporate events we’ve completed for Tuesday, 07.12.2021:

  • Rathbone Brothers PLC (RAT) changed its name to Rathbones Group PLC.
  • Escape Hunt PLC (ESC) changed its name and ticker to XP Factory PLC (XPF).
  • Sangoma Technologies (SANG) changed its ticker to SAMOF.
  • TPG Pace Solutions (TPGS) KYG8656V1041 has been reorganized, therefore it changed its name and ticker to Vacasa, Inc. (VCSA) and it is now traded on NASDAQ.
  • Baker Hughes Company (BKR) moved from NYSE to NASDAQ.
  • Garmin (GRMN) moved from NASDAQ to NYSE.
  • Community Bankers Trust Corp has been acquired by United Bankshares, Inc. (UBSI)
  • Ruffer Investment Company Ltd -shares from the rights issue event were distributed.

That’s okay, @Etypsyno - long story short, the FX fee is not applicable when it comes to the execution of corporate events. It’s only applied within the context of trading - when buying or selling shares.

  • Equiniti Group PLC (EQN) was acquired. Awaiting further information.
  • IOOF Holdings Ltd (IFL) changed its name to Insignia Financial Ltd.
  • Ault Global Holdings (DPW) changed its name to BitNile Holdings, Inc.
  • BioHiTech Global, Inc. (RENO) changed its name to Renovare Environmental, Inc.
  • Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. (HB9) was acquired. Awaiting further information.
