  • Social Capital Suvretta Holdings Corp II (DNAD) has been delisted. Positions will be closed at USD 10.35 per share.
  • Social Capital Suvretta Holdings Corp IV (DNAB) has been delisted. Positions will be closed at USD 10.35 per share.
  • Laboratory Corp of America Holdings (LH) - Spin-Off executed, resulting in the distribution of 1 Fortrea Holdings, Inc. share for every 1 Laboratory Corp of America Holdings share held.
  • Community Financial Corp. (TCFC) has been acquired by Shore Bancshares, Inc.
