• Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (SOBI) acquired CTI BioPharma Corp. in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions were closed at USD 9.1 per share.
• Sphere 3D Corp. (ANY) has completed its 1-for-7 reverse stock split.
• Allarity Therapeutics, Inc. (ALLR) has completed its 1-for-40 reverse stock split.
• Qualtrics International, Inc. (XM) was acquired - awaiting further details.
• BELLUS Health, Inc. (BLU) was acquired - awaiting further details.
• Erytech Pharma SA changed its name and ticker to PHAXIAM Therapeutics SA (PHXM).
• Citizens Financial Services, Inc. (CFG) acquired HV Bancorp, Inc. As per the terms of the deal, shareholders are entitled to receive 0.404 shares in Citizens Financial Services, Inc. per every 1 share held in HV Bancorp, Inc.

• A consortium led by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board acquired Qualtrics International, Inc. (XM) in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions were closed at USD 18.15 per share.
• Loyalty Ventures, Inc. (LYLT) has been delisted.
