    The positions were closed at USD 11.3 per share.
  • Vislink Technologies, Inc. (VISL) has successfully completed its 1-for-20 reverse stock split.
  • Plus Therapeutics, Inc.(PSTV) has successfully completed its 1-for-15 reverse stock split.
  • DSS, Inc. (DSS) has completed its spin-off, resulting in the distribution of Sharing Services Global Corp. shares with the ratio of 2 Sharing Services Global Corp. per every 1 DSS, Inc share/s.
  • International Drawdown Managed Equity ETF changed its name and ticker to Aptus International Enhanced Yield ETF (IDUB).
  • Relativity Acquisition Corp. (RACY) changed its listing from NASDAQ GM to NASDAQ CM.
  • Orion Biotech Opportunities Corp. (ORIA) moved to OTC.
  • Skydeck Acquisition Corp. (SKYA) moved to OTC.
  • Itau CorpBanca Chile SA changed its name and ticker to Banco Itau Chile SA (ITCL).

  • CVS Health Corp. (CVS) acquired Oak Street Health, Inc. in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions were closed at USD 39 per share.
  • Revlon, Inc. (REVRQ) has been delisted. Positions were closed at USD 0 per share.
  • Belgian Resources & Capital Co (BELR) has been delisted. Positions were closed at EUR 0 per share.
  • Mediaset Espana Comunicacion SA (TL5) was acquired - awaiting further details.
