- Black Knight, Inc. (BKI) has been acquired by Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at USD 75.87 per share.
- Schiehallion Fund Ltd (MNTC) has been acquired by Schiehallion Fund Ltd (MNTN). As per the terms of the deal, shareholders will receive 0.7601 MNTN shares for every 1 MNTC share held at market close on September 11, 2023.
- First Light Acquisition Group, Inc. (FLAG) underwent a name change to Calidi Biotherapeutics, Inc. The ticker was also changed to CLDI.
- Mode Global Holdings PLC (MODE) underwent a name change to R8 Capital Investments PLC.
- Necessity Retail REIT, Inc. (RTL) has been acquired by Global Net Lease, Inc… As per the terms of the deal, shareholders will receive 0.67 Global Net Lease, Inc. shares for every 1 Necessity Retail REIT share held.
- CXApp, Inc. + has been acquired by CXApp, Inc. (CXAI). As per the terms of the deal, shareholders are entitled to receive 1 share of CXApp, Inc. (CXAI) for every 1 share held in CXApp, Inc. +.
