DE or IE/LU domiciled funds?

Hello,

I live in Germany. If I want to buy any funds (eurozone government bonds for e.g.), shall I do so from the ones domiciled in DE or IE/LU (by default) to have tax savings advantages (if any)? Are there any other pros/cons in buying from either of these?

cheers

Not 100% certain but I would think that the DE variants would be better suited as they are also domiciled in Germany.

It’s always generally thought of as better to buy stocks in your native country & currency, just to avoid withholding tax or currency loss.

Good luck… German market is left behind by very far :disappointed:
Not even the biggest S&P 500 ETFs are available.

@kevad if your focus is mostly ETFs and Bonds… just use TradeRepublic or ComDirect.
