I have create a chart template which I would like to set as default, is this possible?
Click on the templates icon above your chart and then click on the lock before your preferred template. Voila!

I can see this thread is a little old, but I’d like to drop in and say that yes, it’s totally possible to set your chart template as the default. It’s a great way to save time and keep your charts consistent. Just check your charting software’s settings or preferences, and you should find an option to set your custom template as the default.
I’d also like to share that I’ve recently started using Docs&Slides files, and they’ve been such an effective tool for creating business plans and diving into the nitty-gritty of my business projects. The availability of ready-made templates is super convenient and has made the process so much smoother.
