Hi. I have astigmatism, which means I cannot look at white writing on a dark background for more than a few seconds without feeling dizzy/sick. I think astigmatism makes the white writing appear blurry, which causes a sort of motion sickness. Please create an option to choose light mode across the app interface.
A Google search suggests that up yo 60% of the population suffer from astigmatism.

On that topic it seems like the app, at least on android, doesn’t fully respect the theme selected in settings.
Why is it that when light mode is selected, the new UI elements are presented as if it was a dark mode? It’s inconsistent and a bit of a mess.
On desktop we dont have this issue. Please fix it.

Sorry, maybe I am missing something in your request, but there are 3 Themes under Settings and one is Light.
Regarding the dark mode, as much as I like it,
I would like to be able to see more options for it,
as it is now , its really hard to read the dark color text on the dark background xD
unread topics , and usually this purple -ish colors are pita for dark mode.
