Dividend witholding tax on ETF

I note that my US stocks have a witholding tax applied on dividends. I was looking at PRFD, which is on the LSE but priced in USD. Will dividends have a US witholding tax applied or will they be paid gross into my ISA?

Invesco Preferred Shares UCITS ETF is an Irish domiciled ETF, so US WHT has no relevance to any distributions you might receive from the fund.
