If Iā€™m buying a stock, does Trading212 routes for the best possible price exchange?

For example: I have in my PIE (TLPFY Teleperformance SE) because (TEP Teleperformance SE) is not available as fractional and Iā€™m bit afraid of volumes/bid-ask spread of OTC marketā€¦
