those should be taxed 15% as ordinary dividend. :wink: nothing wrong there. EPD is MLP, they pay distribution in form of return of capital, not sure about taxation on RoC but Ordinary dividends is normal 15% withholding. As withholding tax for US dividend is 30%, but most EU countries have treaty…
