US ETFs aren’t allowed in Europe unfortunately. Unless the same ETF has a European ISIN code.
I only recently bought it in my ING brokerage (germany), how come it is possible there?

Depends per country. In The Netherlands there is a rule that KIID has to be available in Dutch. If that is the case, the broker is allowed to add it for their clients. Other option is what @Vedran mentioned , UCITS, which means when it is approved in one EU country, then it can be added by other EU countries too.
Ah, I see, I guess it is the same here in germany then as well, only the factsheet is needed.
